Samantha Haeusler, GAICD, is a General Counsel and governance leader, most recently General Counsel, Technology, Data & Procurement at ANZ and previously a Managing Director in a global legal leadership role at Credit Suisse in Singapore and Switzerland. Samantha has operated at executive and board level across privacy, data, IP, cyber security, technology, AI governance, critical infrastructure, third-party risk and operational resilience in complex regulated environments, including through executive governance, risk and transformation forums and board-level decision support. Her work focuses on governance, legal leadership, regulatory change and defensible decision-making under pressure.
