Lauren Dyson is a Data and Technology Lead within Legal Operations at Westpac, responsible for shaping and delivering the technology and data capabilities that underpin legal service delivery.

She partners with senior legal, risk and technology leaders to redesign how legal services are structured and delivered, from intake and triage through to workflow, knowledge management, reporting and governance. Lauren has a strong track record driving adoption at scale, focusing on stakeholder engagement, capability uplift and embedding consistent ways of working that shift behaviour, not just systems.

She leads the implementation of enterprise legal platforms across matter management, workflow, knowledge and reporting, incorporating data and AI capabilities to enable better decision-making and more effective ways of working. Lauren is particularly interested in how disciplined service design and practical change management enable legal functions to do more with less, without compromising outcomes or governance.
