Ingrid Silver is Group General Counsel at Toll Group. An international transactional and regulatory lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience, she has held senior legal leadership roles across Australia, the UK and internationally.

Before joining Toll, Ingrid was General Counsel and a member of the Leadership Team at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Earlier in her career, she was based in London where she was a partner for more than 15 years at international law firms Dentons and Reed Smith, and also practised at Ashurst. Having lived, studied and worked in multiple countries, she brings a global perspective to complex cross-border transactions, regulatory environments and corporate governance.
